HOW IT WORKS.

OUR 8 STEP PROCESS.

STEP 1

VALUATION & OFFER: We analyse local market data, house values, and build costs to ensure you get the best possible price for your land. Then, we present you with an offer.

STEP 5
LEGAL AGREEMENT: If you accept, we instruct solicitors to draft a 12 to 18 month option agreement. We cover all legal costs.

STEP 6
PLANNING APPLICATION: Within 4 months of signing, we submit the application and handle everything on your behalf.

STEP 7
MARKETING & SALE: While planning is in progress, we connect with our network of developers to secure a buyer for your land.

STEP 8
FINAL SALE & PAYMENT: Once planning is approved, the land is sold, and your funds are transferred.
